“Helped me see how to communicate best with others”

I found out more about myself and the type of person I am through the Colour Compass assessment, but also found out more about others and why they are the way they are. It helped me see how to communicate best with each person on my team and what to look for in a new line manager. I came away with a clear idea of how I need to adapt to others if they are different from me, especially in the way I speak and communicate with them.
