Anthony has been an invaluable consultant to our leadership team and board at The River, as well as a personal coach to me. Before working with him, we struggled with how to move the church to the next level, especially with integrating the diverse skills and perspectives within our leadership team. Anthony helped us recognise and align each person’s strengths, which made our strategic planning process much clearer. As a result, our team is operating at a higher level than ever, and every key indicator—giving, attendance, and joy in our community—has increased. His guidance was crucial in helping us break through to the next stage of growth as a church.
