I invited Anthony to spend a day working with my church staff on team dynamics, using his Colour Compass assessment tool. The workshop was fun, informative, and felt truly personalised—no one was put into a box. Anthony helped us develop a deeper appreciation for each other’s strengths and weaknesses, particularly in relation to personal dynamics, leadership styles, and teamwork. His insights on healthy communication, teamwork, and confrontation were invaluable.
