The Assessment Process
The assessment is based around asking four key questions about your church:
1) Where are you now?
2) Where do you want to be?
3) What do you need to do to get there?
4) How could you do that?
To answer all these questions, the process works in three phases:
- Phase 1 – Discovery
- Phase 2 – Design
- Phase 3 – Delivery
At the end of the assessment process, you’ll have a custom and in-depth plan to significantly increase your church health. As you implement it, I’ll be available with any coaching, support or input you need.
Phase 1: Discovery - Assessment
Where are you now?
This suite of tools capture the reality of where you are at as a church, so challenges and barriers can be discerned quickly and correctly.
The assessment will give you a comprehensive and custom report on your church, full of powerful insights and discoveries that will empower you to make the right changes, right now. You’ll learn not only your strengths and weaknesses, but what exactly makes them that way – essential information for leaders looking to build a healthy church. The assessment findings will be presented as a detailed report, providing you with specific data, insights and feedback in the following:

At the end of this phase, you will hold a comprehensive and custom report on your church, full of powerful insights and discoveries that will empower you to make the right changes, right now.
Phase 2: Design - Strategic Planning
Where do you want to be, and what do you need to do to get there?
Informed by the issues discovered through the assessment, I design a strategic plan that addresses and responds to them.
Strategic planning maps the journey between where you are today and where you want to reach. Especially powerful when partnered with an insightful church review such as my assessment, a strong plan should be both prophetic and strategic and identify short, medium and long-term steps to generate and sustain momentum.
At the end of this phase, you’ll receive a focused report presenting the plan in a clear and understandable style, that will help you generate and sustain momentum.
Phase 3: Delivery – Coaching
What’s the most effective way to move forward?
Through regular coaching conversations, we partner together through the delivery of your Strategic Plan with the goal being to see it successfully implemented. This is on an ongoing basis, for as long as you need whilst you walk through your strategic plan.
You will have priority access to my expertise and input through coaching. I will be accessible and available throughout the change process, ready to offer you whatever support you need. Regular, consistent review calls will give you a safe space to share concerns, questions and updates. Whether you need me to bring clarity, a different perspective or to simply listen, coaching will make all the difference in maintaining momentum and progressing your journey towards where you want to go.
