Frequently Asked Questions
How does the training work?
You get on-demand video training + a written syllabus/resources + 10 one-to-one coaching calls with me. You move at your own pace, and you choose how you use the coaching calls based on what you most need.
How long does it take to complete?
It’s self-paced. Some people move through it in a few weeks; others take a few months depending on life season and availability.
Is this a cohort or a fixed start date?
No. It’s a rolling start. Once you’re approved, you can begin straight away.
Do I get to work with you personally?
Yes. The programme includes 10 one-to-one calls with me. Use them to apply the material, work through real situations, and build your consulting process and offer.
Do I need formal training or a theology degree?
No. What you need is a genuine desire to help churches become healthier, and the willingness to do real work with real leaders. Ministry experience helps, but it isn’t required.
Do I get certified?
Yes. You’ll receive certification upon completion of the programme in the Keys to Church Health® framework. Certification does not affiliate you with my ministry; it confirms you’ve completed the training.
Are the assessment tools included?
You’ll receive the training framework and a range of resources/templates as part of the course.
Optional: graduates can licence my Church Health Assessment tools for an additional cost if you want to use my tool suite in your own practice.
Do you offer support after the programme?
Yes. I offer ongoing support by email for quick questions at no charge. Any deeper one-to-one support after the included coaching calls is available at my normal coaching rates.
